Expedited design and feasibility studies exploring how to legalize the zoning of multiple units and identifying architectural gestures appropriate to the existing structure. The floor plan was subtly adjusted to accommodate updated utilities while reinforcing the original framework. With the municipality permitting additional floors, the study seeks ways such an extension might be integrated discreetly, maintaining continuity rather than standing out as a new addition.
