“Under the Table, 2023,”

Positioned on a narrow median between a road, a waterfall, and a river, the intervention occupies a leftover space shaped by civil engineering rather than design intent. An oversized table invites passersby to step beneath it: recalling both the innocence of childhood and the corruption implied in things done “under the table.” Conceived as a space of sensory disorientation, it conceals most views while amplifying sound and smell.
